[Bug] Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Opus 3.5 producing low quality output with excessive token consumption

Bug Description
Fable 5 and opus 5 is useless right now and just burning through my limits and not producing any qyality work. i am frustrated, tired and now letft with no output and a lot less work done than i am supposed to have... burned through 2 x 20x max packages and nearly the 3rd now... you need to fix this asap and reimburse your members for the lost time and tokens burned. Expected more from cclaude who have been amazing up to this point... might be all the new guardrials you have added to plesae the big dogs.... not cool guys
