[BUG] Different usage for the same task in CC vscode extension & CC Desktop (linux beta)

What's Wrong?
I noticed the % usage is not the same when using CC in different environments, and I noticed it starting the day with 0% in daily usage.
I tested this on the following environments same model (Opus 5) and medium effort, the same task, same skills and always starting a fresh session.
- Claude Code VS Code extension
- Claude Code Desktop (linux beta)
- Claude Code CLI
The first to run was on VS Code using the extension, usage went to 9%.
Then I used the desktop app and the usage went to 32%.

Last one with the CLI and it went to 38%

What Should Happen?
I expect the same % of usage in all the apps
