[BUG] Prompt is too long CRITICAL

What's Wrong?

Since claude code update, get many of these
Prompt is too long

my prompt was "do it"
but obviously it did something else internally.

What Should Happen?

almost not usable with this bug.

dropping /status makes it fustrating to get revisions
