A couple of things to try, or a way to report it:
Double-check that the claude.ai account logged into the Chrome extension is the same account as this Cowork session ([ray.xu@ranovus.com](mailto:ray.xu@ranovus.com)). A mismatch here is a common cause.
Try toggling the extension off and back on in chrome://extensions (not just confirming it's enabled), then reload a claude.ai tab.
