[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Reasoning Extraction Safety Filter Triggered on Legitimate Code

Bug Description
I keep getting API Error: Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message but I have no idea why we are building an application together and not discussing anything dangerous or unusual. This just started after an "update" Claude Code received. Details: [reasoning_extraction] is the reason but I am not understanding what's wrong we're architecting and coding a data pipeline -- a set of sql and python scripts -- to ingest, transform, and display via streamlit data.
