/mo[Bug] Consecutive API failures with Claude Opus and Claude 3.5 Sonnet models

Bug Description
check this session as verified by agents and a web report. I've had 17 bad sessions in a row and all of the point to the known issues with Opus & Fable 5. This is the second or 3rd time I've contacted Anthropic and never once received a response. I expect at the very least, a credit for 1 month of my paid subscription price and 2 is what would be fair because if you search my chats, I've been complaining for 2 months and my production has dropped by 60%.
