[Feature Request] Persist per-model weekly rate limits in statusLine payload

Bug Description
The statusLine stdin payload includes rate_limits.five_hour and seven_day, and cachedUsageUtilization in ~/.claude.json has slots for per-model weekly windows (seven_day_opus etc.), but those slots are always null and never reach the status line. /usage displays the per-model weekly figure, so the data exists at fetch time. Please persist the per-model windows and include them in the statusLine payload so scripts can show the Fable/Opus weekly meter.
