[BUG] No /rewind slash command

What's Wrong?

after i Asked Claude to refactor my code, i can't see /rewind slash command.

What Should Happen?

i should see the /rewind command to revert back to previous state

1. Ask claude to do something to my code
2. claude changes my code
3. type /rewind and no matching commands
