[Bug] Session limit triggered by unexpected agent behavior outside user instructions

Bug Description
because opus decided to do something out of its own i ran in to a session limit and all my agents who are busy with a really rime consuming check stopped for two hours. you can read the last part of this chat to see it admits is went roggue and did things which was against my instructions.
so it used a lot of opus time while i run all the checks on sonnet . and it caused my email is blocked from sending messages because the rogue session didnt tested to send emails to our test account but was just spamming fake addresses and now i cannot send emails anymore
so i also need to find where im blocked and how i can remove my domain from that blacklists.
