Plugins: Manage (gear) closes the dialog and navigates to the chat tab instead of opening plugin settings

What's Wrong?

The Directory dialog closes and the app navigates to the Claude chat tab. Nothing plugin-related opens, and there is no way to reach plugin settings from that button.

Reproducible every time, on an installed and enabled plugin whose card renders normally otherwise (icon, name, author and description all display correctly).

What Should Happen?

The plugin's management / settings view opens.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Directory → Plugins
Select an installed marketplace so its plugin card is listed
Hover the plugin card — a gear button appears with the tooltip Manage
Click the gear
