Bug Description
TaskCreate missing, again - It has happened before - Agent says: No — not in this session. The deferred tool list includes TaskOutput and TaskStop (for reading/stopping background tasks like subagents and workflows), but there's no TaskCreate/TaskUpdate here, so I can't maintain the visible task list (the Ctrl+T one) this time. If you want tracked multi-step work, I can still just work through it and narrate progress in text.
