your bot keeps changing its effort level on command and not starting the sessions at the right effort level

your platform is deciding off of its own accord what effor level it is set and and when it changes with no way to tell when or why it changes itself this has coost me countless hours of effort trying to adress the issues ive been having on high demand projects trying to run high effort levels but getting limited to mid effort levels i need some sort of seloution here as i am extremly upset about this
