FleetView chat launcher: option to not default to last-used project

The FleetView chat launcher (the chip row showing Local / <project> / <branch> / worktree above the input) defaults every new chat to the last-used project.

Request: a setting to start every new chat with no project selected, so the launcher opens neutral and I pick a project intentionally instead of inheriting whichever folder I was in last.

Why it matters: I work across ~7 separate projects. The sticky default keeps sending new chats into the wrong repo, and my agent has to notice and reset before doing anything. A "no default project" option would fix this cleanly.

Environment: macOS, Claude Desktop (FleetView).
