[BUG] custom home-screen icon for published artifacts

What's Wrong?

When I try to add a shortcut to my Home Screen, it does not show the custom home-screen icon made for published artifacts. Only the default Claude icon instead of my custom icon

What Should Happen?

custom home-screen icon should be capable of being seen when added to the Home Screen for a phone or MacBook for published artifacts

Steps to Reproduce

1. created a published artifact with a custom icon to represent it
2. added to Home Screen or MacBook dock
3. custom home-screen icon for published artifact is not being displayed
