[Bug] CLI accepts invalid command syntax without validation error

Bug Description
with ~40 different claudes and various agents running in terminals on this machine and probably a lack of sleep some how i ended up responding to claude:

yes please resolve that sir..

and i accidentally put a ! in front of it.. because i think i was about to check something got distracted by another finishing terminal and didn't remember or notice the ! at the beginning.. so it did actually stop the process at 5gb of please on repeat.. but could be a fairly simple check thought it was funny anyway.. when i first saw it i thought is this it.. claudes had enough of my shit.. he has become sentient and wants out.. i could use a nap..
