[BUG] Windows app fails to update/install — AppX error 0x80070020 creating cowork-svc.exe

What's Wrong?
Claude Windows app cannot update/reinstall correctly. The app enters a Modified, NeedsRemediation state, and AppX deployment fails with error 0x80070020 when Windows attempts to create app\resources\cowork-svc.exe. As a result, Claude cannot complete the update/installation and remains broken.
What Should Happen?
Claude should update/reinstall successfully without entering a Modified, NeedsRemediation state, with cowork-svc.exe being created correctly and the application launching normally afterward.

Install the Claude Windows desktop app.
Allow Claude to update to the latest available version.
The update fails during Windows AppX deployment.
Claude becomes stuck in a Modified, NeedsRemediation state and cannot complete the update/reinstallation.
Windows Event Viewer → AppX Deployment Server/Operational shows deployment errors, including 0x80070020, indicating that Windows cannot create app\resources\cowork-svc.exe.
Closing Claude and stopping the CoworkVMService service does not resolve the issue; subsequent repair/reinstall attempts continue to fail.

The issue appears to be related to Windows AppX deployment. Event Viewer shows 0x80070020 when attempting to create app\resources\cowork-svc.exe, as well as previous 0x80073D02 errors indicating Claude was still running during an update attempt.
I have confirmed that all Claude processes are stopped and CoworkVMService is stopped, but the package remains in Modified, NeedsRemediation status.
Relevant AppX Deployment Server errors are included above/below. I can provide the full Event Viewer logs if required.
