Desktop app: no way to pin/prompt for project folder on new session (defaults to last-used)

Description
When starting a new chat/session in Claude Code Desktop, the project folder picker auto-selects whatever folder was most recently used, rather than prompting fresh or letting me pin a default. There's no setting (in-app or in settings.json) to change this behavior.

Expected behavior
One of:

• A setting to pin a specific default project folder for new sessions, or
• A toggle to always prompt for folder selection on new session rather than auto-selecting the last one used

Current behavior
New sessions silently default to the last-used project folder, which makes it easy to start work in the wrong directory without noticing.
