[Bug] Excessive Safeguard Warnings on Local Project Analysis Requests

Bug Description
fabel is triggering safegard for the prompt what just analyze my local project and switching to opus 4.8. why safeguard warning and switching to opus for just asking to analyze frontedn andbackend folders of my project which is on my local machine. fix that please, this is not first time happen and it happens more and more often
