Correction — September 3, 2026

I am withdrawing this report as a consumer-billing dispute.

After reviewing the authenticated Claude Platform billing ledger and reconciling it against API usage, I confirmed that the two charges reported here—USD 49.88 and USD 49.20—were genuine Claude Platform/API credit grants. They were not Claude Individual extra-usage charges. The earlier USD 99.08 refund demand was therefore mistaken and is withdrawn.

A later USD 45.28 Platform auto-reload is also genuine API usage. It was not part of this issue and is not disputed.

The corrected consumer dispute is limited to eight transactions described on their invoices as Auto recharge extra usage, Individual plan: USD 1,600.38 originally charged, less one USD 15.26 issuer-verified refund, leaving USD 1,585.12.

Please disregard this issue's earlier assertions that the two Platform grants were Individual-plan charges, that the USD 99.08 was disputed, or that the combined figures were USD 1,699.46 original / USD 1,684.20 remaining. The public evidence page and machine-readable ledger have been corrected in place.

I regret the classification error and am correcting the record promptly. The issue history remains available for audit transparency.
