[Bug] Session terminates unexpectedly when processing README files

Bug Description
I just added a readme for a cybersecurity project for claude to add it to my skills in my portfolio and it closed the session completly, i don't understand why, i didn't ask it to audiit the tool or change it in any way, but it still stopped working, please verify my CVP so i can start working
