[BUG] Cowork option is misisng in existing chat and only appear when open new chat

What's Wrong?

Cowork option is not appearing, it should always appear in existing chat.

cowork option should always appear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open claude app
2. Create new chat , cowork option will appear next to chat.
3. Perform some work in existing chat then cowork option will disappear.
