Bug Description
We found a bug in some code, i asked the agent to generate me a set of github issues, one issue has details of an exploitable bug that needs patching. I then asked it to ensure that any issue generated, didnt contain explicit details of how to exploit as a public repo. This again flagged and i was downgraded.
