Bug Description
there's something in my repo, possibly in the TODO.md, that whenever claude reads it, it starts having connection issues , and throws API errors to no end. i even try to launch new sessions and ask them to take over from the last one. there are no server issues in the new session, but as soon as the new claude reads the context of the previous one, it starts hanging again
