[Feature Request] Increase model downgrade threshold to prevent premature Opus to 4 switches during routine tasks

Bug Description
my Fable 5 session has been prematurely aborted now like 4 times on fake "cyber" flags when I'm just working on cleaning up my own git repo and mapping schemas.. this is insanely annoying! stop switching to Opus 4.8 mid workflow! please set the threshold much higher for this to trigger.
