[Feature Request] Add user prompt for automatic model fallback instead of silent switching

Bug Description
Once again, fable switched to opus causing me more credit loss. I cannot even work like this. I need some credits, but more than that, I'm losing time with the plan i paid for. You need to stop having model switches be automatic regardless of the reason. It needs to prompt with an ask.
