What's Wrong?

The crashes and freezes occur most frequently during operations such as "literature retrieval," which involves extensive web content fetching and PDF processing. These issues are so severe that they happen repeatedly, forcing me to reinstall the application, which consequently results in the loss of my previous work and unsaved progress.

What Should Happen?

I expect Claude Desktop to handle "literature retrieval" operations stably without crashing or freezing
