[BUG] AskUserQuestion options repeatedly reappear on Claude mobile app

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Code through the Claude mobile app on Android, the AskUserQuestion card does not work properly.
As shown in the attached screenshots, the AskUserQuestion card is displayed normally and I can select an option. However, after selecting an option and submitting it, the question does not complete properly and the AskUserQuestion card repeatedly appears again.
This happens with different projects and different AskUserQuestion prompts, not just one specific question.
Because the question keeps repeating, I cannot continue the Claude Code conversation on mobile.
The same Claude Code conversations work normally on PC/web.
I have already tried completely closing the app and reinstalling the Claude app, but the problem persists.

What Should Happen?

After selecting an option and submitting it, Claude Code should accept the selected answer and continue to the next step.
The AskUserQuestion card should not repeatedly appear again after the answer has been submitted.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message is displayed.
The issue is that after selecting and submitting an AskUserQuestion option, the question/card repeatedly appears again and prevents me from continuing the conversation.
Device: Samsung Galaxy (Android) Platform: Claude mobile app PC/Web: Works normally

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Claude mobile app on an Android device.
2. Open a Claude Code project/session.
3. Continue working until Claude displays an AskUserQuestion card with multiple options.
4. Select one of the options.
5. Tap the Submit button.
6. The same AskUserQuestion prompt/card appears again instead of accepting the answer and continuing.
7. Select and submit an option again.
8. The AskUserQuestion card continues to repeat, preventing further work.

This issue occurs across different projects and different AskUserQuestion prompts.

The same conversations work normally when accessed from PC/web.

This issue is reproducible across multiple Claude Code projects.
I have attached screenshots showing the AskUserQuestion interface in two different projects.
I have already tried force-closing the Claude mobile app and completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.
The issue occurs on the Android mobile app, while PC/web works normally.
