Bug Description
userMessageBackground never renders. tui: "fullscreen" is set in ~/.claude/settings.json; affects all sessions on Windows 11 / Windows Terminal. Built-in themes otherwise apply correctly (diff and syntax colours change with /theme). Tried built-in dark, light, light-ansi — no message background block in any. Custom themes in ~/.claude/themes/ are additionally ignored entirely: a "text" override that should recolour all body text does nothing after restart, while built-ins work.
