[Feature Request] Add safeguard exemption or configuration for legitimate security audit workflows

Bug Description
im working on a legitimate task for our hedge fund and reviewing our deployments and credentials safety and so on, and fable keeps flagging me. Its very disruptive as I have multiple agents running different tasks including backtesting our algos and so on. ⏺ Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message. Our intentionally broad safeguards allow us to deliver more capabilities faster, but can sometimes flag legitimate coding, cybersecurity, and biology tasks. Switched to Opus 4.8.
