[FEATURE] The last question asked floats at the top of the chat for reference-at-a-glance

Problem Statement

For long running Auto processing by Claude Code CLI, I sometimes forget what the question was or need to see the details.

Proposed Solution

It would be nice to have at least the 1st line of the question float the top of the chat for easy at-a-glance reference. This could be a configurable UI setting.

Alternative Solutions

I can push the up arrow in the chat input box.
