Bug Description
there should be claude native command -/note, which would run like -/btw not disturbing sessions flow, but should take notes about the session. Then at the end of session, i should review my notes and maybe take actions about them. Becase while i was waiting agents to run, some ideas come to my mind, but i forgat them ifi dont take notes about them. maybe we can digitalize that process into session memory.
