[Bug] Model auto-switch to Opus interrupts security-critical tasks

Bug Description
We were deep in a security hardening fix and right as we realized there was some user login compromise on my end and Fable identified the cause and presumably the fix, it flagged ans switched me to Opus. This is the time when I needed the security expertise the most. What a bummer.
