[Bug] Built-in code review skill cannot be auto-invoked by agent

Bug Description
The built-in code review skill no longer allows an agent to invoke it automatically. Having code review steps in my existing workflows is an integral step in my development agents and now I have to manually invoke it. How can I avoid the "disable-model-invocation" issue to fix my workflows?
