[BUG] /export should not ask to save to clipboard if given filename

What's Wrong?

Claude 2.0.1

/export foo.txt

then ti asks me if I want to save to clipboard.

What Should Happen?

If i give it a filename, it should not request if I want to save it to clipboard. The currently flow is fine _if_ I just say /export though.
