Bug Description
This is simply the question about some medical advice for understanding a medical situation because my father is ill. It shouldn't have been flagged by Fable as any kind of risk.

This is the prompt I sent:
"Okay it's morning now. I've slept on it. One thing I think is really important and I think it's the most important thing here by a long way. Much more important than arranging the care pack and everything else for now is addressing the root of this problem and the possibility that the cancer is what's causing the obstruction there and therefore the backing up of the faeces and then everything else comes from that. Even the bladder issue potentially. and the CTI I'm sorry in the UTI and then all the impacts on his health from that and if that isn't addressed then clearly this is just going to reoccur and as you say even if laxatives are used to handle things to start with then that's only gonna work for a limited period anyway because the cancer will continue growing and then block it to the point laxatives won't work. And it's not clear how long that's going to be unless you say then emergency operations and so on are much more problematic than planned ones. Clearly action needs to be taken now. And the first thing would be to have a proper look at whether the cancer really is obstructing or not at the moment and what properly what size it is and what level of obstruction and whatever else needs to be done. And at the same time take those samples for analysis as well which the consultant had reviewed refused to take before. Actually I don't think you've got that letter, I can scan it and give it to you. Although you probably don't need it at this moment. Anyway, so I think the most important thing is we get that looked at and the proper plan around that cancer immediately while he's there in hospital and it's absolutely vital or that that same consultant is not involved the same cancer consultant is not involved so this is where I need your advice of how to do it to ensure it someone else. So I don't want to complicate things with lots of other requests and other things at the same time let's just focus on that because that's clearly the most important thing by a long way and it looks like it's the thing being overlooked at the moment. Because they're all focused on how to get them out in the care pack and it's all kind of completely pointless when they haven't solved the underlying problem which is a growing problem. That's on the basis that this seems the most likely thing but it has to certainly be checked and ruled out. That's one thing and it's also an opportunity at the same time to properly get the cancer checked and a proper plan around it by someone independent of that consultant who was blocking things before One more piece of information my dad phoned me this morning saying he's had an absolutely awful night. He didn't sleep much because he kept needing to pee but the pain of it was so unbearable that he couldn't. And now he's at the point he just literally can't pee. It's just not possible even with the catheter in there. Apparently they can't give him any more pain killers as in they're kind of a to the max of what they can give him and so just so you know things are clearly not all right I haven't talked to any staff there yet though to find out what's happening anyway do you have any questions on what I've said before you get on in doing your analysis and thinking and planning them whatever research you need to do and so on is there anything you need to tell me first I mean in case what I'm saying doesn't make sense in some way?"
