Given you're on Windows, one thing worth double-checking: click the Claude extension icon directly in the Chrome toolbar (not just the Settings > Connectors page) and see what it says there — it may need you to explicitly sign in or grant it permission inside the extension popup itself, separate from the account-level toggle.
