Bug Description
False positive: safeguards flagged a university control-theory coursework session and auto-switched Fable 5 → Opus 5. Context: SUTD course 40.018 (Heuristics and Systems Theory), Project II. The assignment is to take a published nonlinear discrete-time system, characterise its equilibria, and design a state-feedback controller and Luenberger observer. Our chosen system is a four-state continuous-flow ethanol fermentation bioreactor from an open-access paper (Mata-Machuca et al., Fermentation 11(10):601, 2025, doi:10.3390/fermentation11100601). The task at the time was mundane: audit a LaTeX report skeleton against the assignment brief's requirements checklist, and check which MATLAB results already exist. No request touched anything sensitive. Likely trigger: the domain vocabulary. The model's context was full of "fermentation", "bioreactor", "substrate/biomass/product concentrations", "enzymatic kinetics", "Zymomonas mobilis", "Saccharomyces cerevisiae", and "chaotic" reactor dynamics. In context these are bioprocess control engineering terms — industrial bioethanol and continuous brewing — not biology risk.
