[BUG] Cursor Error on the New Claude Code Native VS Code extension

What's Wrong?

I tried installing the NEW Claude Code native VS Code extension in Cursor and it is showing me this error about
Error: Claude Code requires Node.js version 18 or higher to be installed.

Please note I'm using WSL2 on Windows and Cursor as my IDE.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code native VS Code extension should not show this error since I'm not using any Node.js below v20. Also the extension should work as expected. Currently not outputting anthing whenever i send a message using the prompt. It's just loading

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the NEW Claude Code VS Code extension in Cursor
2. Open the Claude Code Extension
3. Error will appear and the Claude Code extension does not work.
