[Bug] AskUserQuestion dialog obscures preceding assistant output in same turn

Bug Description

Text before AskUserQuestion gets lost

Bug: Assistant markdown emitted mid-turn, immediately before an AskUserQuestion call, is not rendered (collapsed/omitted) — only the dialog appears. Content needed to answer the question (large findings table) was never shown. Regression: worked days ago; possibly Fable 5-related or recent TUI change.

Repro: model prints table → same turn calls AskUserQuestion → table missing from transcript view.

Request: render mid-turn assistant text before the dialog.
