The account is confirmed Dispatch-eligible: the Android client shows a full Dispatch entry and offers "Pair with your desktop" while naming the correct account email.</p>

Setup cannot be initiated.</p>

This suggests an account-scoped flag or state issue rather than a build regression.</p>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="ltr" data-sourcepos="69:1-69:90;4061-4150">Possibly related: #39549 ("Dispatch visible in Desktop app sidebar but not activatable").</p>

<h2 dir="ltr" class="mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold" data-sourcepos="71:1-71:24;4152-4175">Suggested diagnostic</h2>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="ltr" data-sourcepos="73:1-73:225;4177-4401">The network response that fires immediately before the unmount would identify the flag driving this. If a maintainer can point to which endpoint gates the Dispatch sidebar entry, I can capture the response from this machine.</p>
