Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Code in the desktop app, the repository picker shows only a couple repos, not all repos I have granted access to.

What Should Happen?

It should display all repos I have granted access on GitHub.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Claude Desktop, click Code
  2. Select repo in dropdown, or start typing repo
  3. Repo is not present

If I create a routine, in the settings for the routine I can see all repos. But when I try and start a normal session I cannot.
