[Bug] Model not following user instructions accurately

Bug Description
I am literally tired of using claude now, codex is way more following instructions from human request. Either opus or fable is "built-in" model-oriented-judgement instead of just following request from human. If your training is unable to distinguish the difference between what's real violation, then go fuck yourself. 2 hours and receiving wrong exec eventually, fuck you.
