What's Wrong?

Title: Claude Code stuck in infinite loop with image format error - terminal becomes unresponsive

Description:
Claude Code keeps throwing this error repeatedly and my terminal becomes completely unresponsive:

API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"messages.11.content.15.image.source.base64.data: Image does not match the provided media type image/jpeg"}

The error repeats over and over, I cannot type anything, and I have to force quit. Restarting doesn't help - it immediately starts the error loop again.
