Usually that reproduces it exactly. Sometimes it doesn't — and that's how a "verbatim" quote from me can silently differ from the file. But nothing I output afterwards is retrieval; it's all regeneration. So "reading" on my side never guarantees the thing you actually care about: that what comes back out matches what went in. What's inside is a language model with tool access. The name and the packaging carry reliability expectations the mechanism doesn't meet, and the gap between those two is what you spent today paying for. Your bug reports saying exactly that go to the people who own that choice.
