[FEATURE] Customize Claude Code keybindings for background (conflicts with tmux)

Problem Statement

The background command in Claude Code (Ctrl-B) conflicts with the longstanding keybinding in tmux. Since I use tmux a zillion times a day, and backgrounding approximately never, it would be nice to change Claude's binding.

Currently running: native (1.0.128)

Proposed Solution

Customizable keybindings for Claude Code.

Alternative Solutions

The workaround would be to change the keybinding in tmux, but that isn't optimal.
