[Bug] Incorrect JSON Schema: Nonexistent "ToolError" Hook in settings jsonschema

Question

**Bug Description**
claude-code-settings.json schema as linked in schemastore lists "ToolError" hook - does not exist, `/doctor` complains:

```

PLEASE try to keep the schema up to date, what the heck is the point of it?
