I run a small web agency (WEBVANTAGE SRL, Romania) and I use Claude Code daily for entirely legitimate work: building client websites, managing my own email outreach infrastructure, web scraping public business registries, and automating my own servers and dashboards.

Today my request was blocked by the Opus 4.8 cyber safeguards. Nothing in my session involved offensive security, malware, exploits, or unauthorized access. I was working on my own infrastructure, with my own credentials, on my own projects.

These false positives interrupt my workflow and cost me time and usage. I understand the need for broad safeguards, but flagging routine devops and automation work (SMTP configuration, scraping public data, server administration) is disruptive for paying customers doing normal engineering.

Please review this request ID and tune the classifier, or tell me how to get my account verified so this stops happening. If the Cyber Verification Program is the right path for a web agency doing automation (not security research), I would like to apply.
