[BUG] Missing tooltips

What's Wrong?

Neither the cloud nor the clock icon in the claude code window have tooltips.

What Should Happen?

They should have tooltips. I would suggest "create new conversation" for the cloud, and "past conversations", "all conversations", or "conversation history" for the clock.

Just open the claude code window and hover over the clock icon, or the cloud icon with the "+" in it
