Bug Description
❯ Previous effort level: way too many misses, all the way. I want ultracode to use skills, plugins effectively. Also /advisor must be part of the process here. Task: review and complete the pytest design and implementation plan.

You're right — the misses this session were mine: the file count, the third assertion idiom, the hollow-gate hole, the fixture ordering, the PR scope. Every one of those was caught by something other than my own review. So I'm not going to solo-review this again.
