[BUG]
Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
My Claude subscription was automatically upgraded from Pro to Max x20 overnight, without my consent or any action on my part. I did not receive any notification or confirmation email about this change.
I was charged €198.56 on July 23, 2026 for this unauthorized upgrade.
Shortly after, I lost access to my subscription entirely — my account currently shows no active plan.
I also reported this as a potential account compromise via the support form, but received no ticket confirmation and no response since.
When trying to use Claude Code, I now get the following message:
"Your organization has disabled Claude subscription access for Claude Code – Use an Anthropic API key instead, or ask your admin to enable access."
I do not recognize this organization and never knowingly joined or was added to one.
As a result, the /export command is also unavailable ("/export isn't available in this environment"), which is blocking me from retrieving my own Claude Code conversation history.

What Should Happen?
- The account should never be silently upgraded from Pro to Max x20 without explicit user consent and confirmation.
- If an upgrade like this occurs, the user should be notified immediately (email + in-app).
- The unrecognized organization link should be investigated and explained.
- The €198.56 charge should be refunded if confirmed unauthorized.
- Subscription access should be restored.

Additional Information
This appears to match a known pattern reported in other issues (e.g. #68429, #64814, #51168, #66426) describing unauthorized Pro→Max upgrades, billing errors, and lack of human support escalation via the Fin AI bot.
